In your daily routine, there is no issue with leaving your lilo inflated. However, when used in chlorinated or saltwater environments, we recommend regularly rinsing your float with fresh water. If you plan to be away for an extended duration, we advise storing your float in a cool, dry location. Make certain the float is thoroughly dry before taking further action. To store, deflate the float until it's flat, roll it up and place it in your lilo bag.
We understand that when buying an inflatable product, our customers want to make sure they are covered against defects and leaks.
Despite all our products meet our high quality norms, a defect can occur. We will always handle and solve this as quick as possible.
The legal guarantee is applicable for all guarantee claims. Legal guarantee means that a product has to meet the client’s reasonable expectations.
The guarantee term for the bladder (interior of the furniture) is 1 year on leaks in seams. Leaks in the other places than seams are not under warranty.
The Fillup Club products have a limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects and workmanship.
The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of original purchase and is not transferrable.
Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
Dealers, distributors or retail stores do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the warranty.
The high quality fabric cover is from Sunbrella. The Sunbrella limited warranty is 5 years for upholstery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of Sunbrella fabric and protects against Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.

The Fillup Club gives a limited warranty of 2 years on the workmanship of the cover and seams. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning, damage from misuse or abuse, improper installation or cost associated with the replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation.
Final important notes:
- Issues have to be notified within 2 months after detecting the problem
- Any dispute shall be settled by the Belgian court in Bruges.
This return policy applies only to defective product.

All return must adhere to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice and labels.
Only replacement of same product will be given if it satisfies the requirements above and subject to availability of the product in our warehouse.
Return/ refund can only be made for items purchased through www.thefillupclub.com and products purchased cannot be refunded/exchanged in any store.
No exchange for different items/ color/ size can be made for online purchase.

Purchase with credit/debit card: any credit will be refunded to the card used.
