Inflation takes about 3 to 5 minutes using the included electric pump. Deflating is even faster, simply open the valve and press down. Once flat, it folds into the carry bag in under two minutes. No tools, no hassle. You can go from carry bag to floating in the time it takes to pour a drink.

Absolutely. The Fillup Club is designed for both in-water and out-of-water use. The Sunbrella® fabric handles direct sunlight, wind, and rain without fading or deteriorating. Many of our customers use it on the terrace during the day and move it poolside in the afternoon. It is outdoor furniture first, the floating is a bonus.

TPU is significantly more puncture-resistant than standard PVC. In the unlikely event of a small puncture, each Fillup Club ships with a repair kit so you can fix it yourself in minutes. No need to replace the entire piece. The cover is also removable and replaceable, meaning you can refresh the look without replacing the base structure.

Rinse with fresh water after use in chlorinated or saltwater pools. The Sunbrella® fabric is stain and mold-resistant, so most dirt comes off with a damp cloth and mild soap. The removable cover is machine washable at 30°C (86°F). At the end of the season, deflate, dry fully, fold, and store in the carry bag indoors. No special treatments or products required.

You can return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, with labels attached and in original packaging, including the original invoice. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.
